Board of Directors
Mr Bond holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Reading College of Technology, as well as several diplomas and certificates from the Council of the Institute of Directors. Mr. Bond has worked in the power protection and UPS industry for more than 30 years, holding senior executive roles across several leading international UPS companies. He has previously served as managing director of Benning UK Ltd, managing director of Emerson Network Power (later Vertiv), managing director of Uninterruptible Power Supplies Ltd (UPSL), and chief executive officer of Newave Energy. Mr. Bond is also the author of the UPS Handbook and the IET‑published “Ilities” series of technical white papers, and is recognised as an experienced leader in the field of critical power infrastructure. He has extensive board‑level experience and currently serves as chairman of Centiel UK Ltd. (UK subsidiary) and as a director of Centiel. Since joining Centiel’s board of directors, Mr. Bond has contributed to the company’s international expansion strategy and organisational development. He played a key role in strengthening Centiel’s UK operations following the acquisition of MPower UPS (now Centiel (UK) Ltd.), supporting the integration of service capabilities with Centiel’s advanced product portfolio.
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Lecuona completed his bachelor’s degree at Universidad de Guadalajara in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, went on to complete his master’s degree at USI Università della Svizzera italiana and an MBA at MIP Politecnico di Milano. Mr. Lecuona began his career in UPS R&D roles, joining Newave Energy AG in 2008 as an R&D Engineer before advancing through positions including R&D project manager, head of R&D and subsequently R&D technology director at ABB Power Protection following ABB’s acquisition of Newave SA. In those roles, he led multidisciplinary engineering teams and oversaw technological development, quality, connectivity, and engineering operations, as well as technology budgeting and time-to-market planning. Since co-founding Centiel in 2015, Mr. Lecuona has been responsible for global commercial strategy, development of Centiel’s international partner network, and the market introduction and expansion of the company’s fourth-generation fault-tolerant modular UPS systems. His responsibilities include P&L oversight, strategic business development, product commercialisation, and advancing Centiel’s technology and market footprint across global critical power markets.
Chief Operations Officer
Mr Marbach has a degree by ETHZ as an Eletrotecnic Engineer. Mr. Marbach began his career in 1984 in the R&D department of Invertomatic SA. In 1993, he co-founded Newave SA, where he served in senior leadership roles, including chief technology officer, chief operating officer and member of the board of directors of the holding company. During his tenure at Newave SA, Mr. Marbach led the development of several milestone technologies in the UPS sector, including the world’s first three-phase transformerless UPS (1996) and the world’s first three-phase true modular UPS (2000), followed by subsequent second- and third-generation modular UPS systems that became global benchmarks for efficiency and availability at the time. Newave went public in 2007, and Mr. Marbach was at the time the COO. Following ABB’s acquisition and delisting of Newave SA in 2012, Mr. Marbach left the company after completing the integration. Subsequently, he co-founded Centiel SA in 2015 with former Newave SA engineers to advance next-generation UPS system architecture. At Centiel, he led the development of the fourth generation of three-phase modular UPS technology, including the company’s flagship CumulusPower™ platform known for its “nine-nines” availability and enhanced Distributed Active-Redundant Architecture (DARA).
Mr Leutenegger holds a degree in business administration from the University of St. Gallen (1994) and a diploma as a Swiss Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He also attended the advanced management program at Harvard Business School in 2004. Subsequently, Mr. Leutenegger held positions in the auditing and controlling area of various companies. Between 2015 and 2019, Mr. Leutenegger was the chief financial officer and executive vice president of VAT Group AG in Zurich. Between 2019 and 2020, Mr. Leutenegger acted as chief financial officer and as senior vice president of Amann Girrbach AG, one of the leading innovators and preferred full-service providers in digital dental prosthetics. As of the date of this Prospectus, Mr. Leutenegger is an entrepreneurial investor and a non-executive director at ATH PLM AG (since 2022), a member of the board of directors at R&S Group Holding AG (since 20212023) and chairman of Spicit Ventures GmbH (since 2022) and qiio Switzerland AG (since 2024) and HT5 (since 2025).
Mr. Greber holds a degree in business administration from KSZ, Kaderschule Zürich. Mr. Greber worked at various banks in various positions in corporate finance and capital markets throughout his career. In 2008, he founded and was the co-owner of zCapital AG, which, as of the date of this Prospectus, manages Swiss equity investments in certain Swiss funds. Mr. Greber also founded zRating AG in 2014, a corporate governance proxy service provider, which he sold to Inrate AG. In 2014, Mr. Greber co-founded Veraison Capital AG. In 2015, he joined the boards of directors of Veraison SICAV and NapaWine AG. Between 2020 and 2025, he served on the board of directors of Calida Holding AG. In 2021, he founded and served on the board of directors of VT5 AG. Following the acquisition of the target R&S Group Holding AG and the de-spac in 2023, he acted as a member of the board of directors at this company and exited in 2025. In March 2023, Gregor Greber sold all his shares in Veraison Capital AG and terminated his employment and management roles with the company. Mr. Greber remained as an independent member of the board of directors of Veraison Capital AG, and a member of the board of directors of the Sponsor until the end of March 2023. Since 2023, he has focused on being a private investor or board member as an independent entrepreneur. As of the date of this Prospectus, Mr. Greber’s mandates include being an observer on the board of directors of GZO AG, Spital Wetzikon (in debt restructuring), representing the interests of bondholders, founder, chairman of the board of directors, and CEO of CHELS AG, Uerikon, as a consulting service provider for capital market issues.
Mr. Detweiler holds a masters’ degree in Chinese and Islamic Studies as well as a PhD in Chinese studies from the University of Freiburg, Germany. Subsequently, Mr. Detweiler held various positions as analyst and consultant. In 2014, he co-founded Veraison Capital AG along with Mr. Greber. He also co-founded VT5 AG, Switzerland’s first special purpose acquisition company, which successfully took R&S International Holding AG to the Six Stock Exchange.

Anke Ness (born 1987), Swiss and German citizen. Ms Ness holds degrees in business administration, accounting, and finance from the University of St. Gallen (2010 and 2011) and is a certified Swiss CPA (2014). She also completed a doctorate program in business administration with a focus on accounting at the University of St. Gallen (2016). In parallel and after her education, she held various positions in auditing, corporate controlling and as CFO. Since 2025, Ms. Ness has been a Board member and sole shareholder of Ness AG in Meilen, a company rendering consultancy services, and since 2022, she has been the ad interim CFO of CUTISS AG in Schlieren.
